Shipping

National orders within Spain and Portugal are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days using trusted courier services. The standard shipping fee for national orders is 5€, and for orders over 110€, we offer free shipping across Spain and Portugal.

For international shipments, we use UPS Express Delivery to provide a fast and secure service. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders over 220€, we offer free shipping.

Please note that during peak times, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery times may be subject to external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons. Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at logistics@93sierracrosses.com before returning your order so we can assist you and process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Returned goods must be securely packaged, as we will not accept items that arrive damaged.
